Expressions of Interest are sought from senior academics for the role of Director Dermatology, Medicine Program that may be considered for a Joint Appointment with Monash University. Those appointed to this role would be expected to also contribute to the University in the areas of teaching, research and academic leadership in addition to their clinical leadership role with Monash Health.
The role reports to the Program Medical Director, Medicine, and has responsibility for the effective management and leadership of the Dermatology department and the provision of services across Monash Health, consistent with our Strategic and Clinical Services plans.
In conjunction with Program Medical Director, this role will establish the organisational structure of the Unit and appoint medical staff in consultation with Site Operation Directors.
As a member of the Monash Health Senior Management Team the appointee will provide leadership in achieving and upholding Monash Health’s Vision, Purpose and Values.
