My Health Record opt-out dates announced

The Australian Digital Health Agency advise that the notifiable instrument has now been added to the Federal Register of Legislation and the opt-out dates announced here.
The My Health Record opt-out period will be for three months commencing 16 July 2018. This will be followed by a 30 day reconciliation period. Every Australian will then get a My Health Record, unless they have informed us during the opt-out period they don’t want one.
