Australian burden of disease study

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) would like to invite you to participate in a survey about the Australian Burden of Disease Study 2011 reports and products. The survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete.
The survey is open to anyone interested, participation is voluntary and no identifiable information will be collected. Please feel free to forward the survey link to other interested colleagues, or within your organisations.
The aim of the survey is to understand the use and impact of the Australian Burden of Disease Study (ABDS) 2011 and collect suggestions for future burden of disease work undertaken by AIHW.
